Hotel Batha is a great value riad on the edge of the Medina, right next to Dar Batha Musueum.

It has a good mix from the reasonably modern to the traditionally decorated. Rooms come with sunken baths, although water supply can be erratic. The whitewashed courtyard is a wonderful, cool refuge from the city heat – as is the pool.

Hotel Batha is a great choice for those looking for a cheap upmarket riad in Fes el Bali. It comes as no surprise that Hotel Batha is much used by tour groups.
