Review

The Gran Hotel Ulises is en established and well-appointed four-star hotel set in the historical district of Ceuta, just a few metres away from the beach and the Parque Mediterraneo leisure centre.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable; those with balconies have the added advantage of a great view over the sea. The lobby has recently been refurbished, giving the whole place a much-needed lift.

Overall, the Gran Hotel Ulises is a well-appointed and fine hotel to stay in Ceuta.
