Accommodation can be hard to come by in Ceuta, especially as the town has a constant stream of visiting Spanish families. An advance reservation is always a good idea, especially during festival times: Carnival (February), Holy Week, the Fiesta de Nuestra Senora de Monte Carmel (July 16) and the Fiesta de Nuestra Senora de Africa (August 5).
